Upon account closure, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice through our Website.
